2017 marked ten years of Webropol UK and the future looks promising, with our team having expanded by 25% this year alone. Originating in Finland, Webropol is the most used data collection tool in the Nordic countries, providing Software as a Service. Solutions include survey and data collection, reporting and analysis, and additional modules such as Advanced Course Feedback, Case Management and Event Registration. Webropol strive to give customers the best user experience possible, having committed 30% of turnover to reinvesting into research and development.
Webropol UK is the company’s fastest growing office, having achieved notable successes in both the public and private sector. We supply the iMatter Staff Engagement Portal to NHS Scotland, a system which identifies continual improvement within the organisation, and is delivered to 160,000 employees across 22 health boards. Due to the success achieved with the iMatter Staff Engagement portal, the project has been extended to cover a Dignity at Work survey, conducted on behalf of the Scottish Government. The data collected from these projects will be used to create the National Report, contributing to improvement on a national level.
